This product is handmade and has intricate hand-embroidered mirror work done with love by the artisans from Gujarat.
In the olden times after the men would leave house , the women would get together and embroider beautiful mirror patches for themselves. Soon the art gained fame and has now empowered these women financially too .For this product, the mirror work is done on a mashru silk fabric and the fabric on the other side touching the skin is cotton. The mirror work is primarily done by the women of the Bhuj community.
